IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT? You can incinerate up to 800cph (that's calories per hour) in one 60 minute class. We've got lots of classes to choose from and we offer 25 classes per week in Bucks and Maidenhead.
LET'S DO IT! To maximise your workout our classes fuse dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching. Not a dancer? Going to a new location? No problem. We'll give you easy-to-follow cues and safety reminders. Want to get more out of your class? Just ask your Instructor.
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT! To crush all those calories and tone our body to achieve muscle-defining benefits, your Instructor will encourage you to work it to your fitness level and beyond. Your perceived exertion is how you feel during class. you'll want to feel like you're at peak intensity during the cardio/aerobic section. The more energy you put in, the faster you'll feel results!
VARIETY TO SPICE IT UP! Variety is the key to sticking with a workout and we've got that! Fresh pumping body music and new moves keep you wanting more to sweat. Our workouts fuse cardio, resistance training, pilates, yoga, kickboxing and, of course, the demanding forms of dance. Our Instructors are expertly trained to mix in new moves and fresh music to keep classes varied all the time.

I was both unfit and overweight when I retired, about 5 years ago. I had previously suffered from cancer and the treatment took a lot out of me. This has returned me to full fitness, I have also lost weight and look and feel younger. I am back participating fully in my favourite hobby of mountain walking, (which was for a while too arduous). I also credit the classes as helping me to heal exceptionally quickly from a broken wrist in May this year, no physiotherapy was needed. Thank you very much to your excellent teachers and class organisers.

I don't 'do' exercise but I loved it!!!
Did my first class this morning and lived it. Everyone very friendly and it was great fun too. Give it a go!
